Local 391 Vice President Rick Armstrong, a former Raleigh police officer, spoke for Raleigh police officers on January 3, 2017 at Raleigh City Council meeting.
The Raleigh Police Protective Association, the law enforcement division of Local 391, is requesting the Raleigh City Council keep its promise from July 2016 to provide a "significant" pay increase to both police officers and firefighters in the 2017 budget.
