Local 391 President Mike McGaha received this letter and fact sheet last week from Central States Pension Fund Director of Employer Services Pete Priede regarding the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014.

"This document answers many of the questions members had over the last six months regarding this legislation," said McGaha.  "Local 391 continues to advocate on behalf of our members and as we get information, we will share it."
