The results of the Local 391 Delegate Election have been finalized, with the Armstrong–Gibbs Team 391 slate elected to represent the membership at the 31st International Convention, scheduled for June 15–18, 2026.

According to the certified ballot tally dated April 21, 2026, a total of 1,375 ballots were cast, including 1,337 valid votes. Members of the Armstrong–Gibbs slate were elected in both the delegate and alternate delegate categories, receiving approximately 65% of the vote.

Those elected by Local 391 members are as follows: (Delegates) Rick Armstrong, Wayne Gibbs, Calvin Tinnen, Rachel Wells, Doug Irving, Jimmy George, Ken Feyen, Karen Matthews, JoCarolyn Wilkins, and Jody Whitlock (Alternate Delegates) Luther McLeod, Vanessa Crenshaw, Latarsha Jackson, Ken Moore, Andy Hensley, Willie Breeze, Matt Cooper, James Collura, Keith Pope, and Kevin Coats.
